• New buyers
• Related parties (No intra-group sales)
• Problematic buyers
• Buyers buying on a consignment basis 
• Reciprocal trade: buyers who are also your suppliers

1. Register: Register directly at 
2. Fill out our KYC, upload your invoice and choose your payment terms. 
3. We prepare the contract.
4. You sign the contract confirming the price and charges.
5. The goods are shipped.
6. You pay as per your agreed terms and we send the telex-release to you or your bank.
7. If you need more time to repay, just extend the repayment along with agreed charges.

Our commercial invoice issued  will mention your agreed final payment date like 30days, 60days or 90days from the date of vessel departure. This document is part of set of documents with every shipment financed by VANCOLE.

Our bank account details will be mentioned on the invoice. Simply transfer the amount to our bank account. 

No. It is mandatory to make all payments directly to VANCOLE for any shipments financed by Vancole. If payments are further deffered and not paid without the concent of Vancole, Vancole reserves the right to take further action's accordingly.

The onboarding set credit limit is in accordance with the overall business performance. VANCOLE's Buyer Finance is designed to finance goods, therefore the maximum limit is set based on those needs.

Once you have all your shipping documents in hand, you can easily request financing through VANCOLE. Financing a trade takes less than 1 DAY and the documents required will be indicated during the process.

Once you have provided all the requested documents, you will receive a decision from VANCOLE within 1 working day. If your request is approved, you only need to sign the contract. Suppliers will be checked on a case-by-case basis

Once approved, you can decide whether VANCOLE should make the transfer immediately, or on a specified date.

All updates regarding the payment will be send out via email notifications, you can find an estimation of when the funds will arrive and when you will have to make final payment.

The seller will be informed via email that the payment will be sent from VANCOLE. The seller does not have to sign or confirm the trade, There is no contractual relationship with VANCOLE and the seller.

When you get approved, VANCOLE provides you with a credit limit, which you can use up to 100%.

Yes, you can have other credit facilities, e.g. with banks, in addition to VANCOLE’S trade finance.

Yes, we pay your sellers’ invoices, even if there are several different ones.
